How does it work
The great thing about making a decision to make a lasting change is that it's lasting. So many times I see people make temporary adjustments to their lives. Maybe they start a diet, change behavior at work, or the way they are behaving in their relationships. Yes, you will see dramatic results, but if you don't make permanent changes everything will go right back to where it was. The key is to make changes from the inside out and there are a number of ways we can do that. Though out the coaching process you have the opportunity to utilize a number of techniques Hypnosis, NLP, EFT (tapping), Reiki, EMDR, Meditation, Nutrition, and mindset work.
